“We were referred to Marcus from a friend and realtor in the Bay Area, as we were seeking to move to Palm Springs. Immediately, he demonstrated tremendous knowledge of the area through multiple phone calls, emails, and via an in-person property tour. Marcus organized an ambitious property tour of about 10-15 available condos over the course of an afternoon so I could experience different neighborhoods and communities during a brief trip to Palm Springs. He was fun and engaging, yet professional. He also very regularly sent us new properties that came on the market after that to consider. Any questions or feedback I had on properties was met with an impeccable, near-immediate response time. Marcus was very cognizant to all the features of the communities, the units, and the fit for what we were seeking – the amenities as well as which ones were missing, when he didn’t feel right about a place for us he offered his honest opinion and rationale, etc. He sought places within our budget as well as a few stretch places. Ultimately, we loved a place outside our budget and were able to get it within budget with Marcus’ negotiations skills. Post-transaction, he meticulously kept us on track with activities necessary to remove the contingencies. The signing/wire/loan funding was relatively uneventful and stress free on our end since we had a few days to accomplish all that. All-in-all, an excellent experience working with Marcus!”
